kaytlyn has a big girl bed

today we fetched kaytlyn a bed ,,,,,,,,,, she has been trying to climb out of her cot

she loved it wen we put it up and put her new duvet and fairy princess cover on

martin has just taken her up ,,,,,,,,,, so think its on the cards for lots of returns or she may be a very gd girl and stay in bed

she was a gd girl,,,,,,, once asleep she stayed all night and was playing on the bed wen i went in this morning

she was a bit scared at 1st and martin had to stay with her cuz i got upsett and frustrsated ,,,,,,,,,,, it took me back to the problems i had with kristian,,, ( i hadn't realised i had been affected so much by his younger yrs)

with martin she was asleep in 10mins

she is the latest to go in a bed

kristian was 1yr,,,, well i say 1yr the little sod wud scream all night
lucas was just over two

my ayla is still in my bed. (anythin for quiet life!!) im waiting till the time when i can bribe her out

she used to sleep in her junior bed, next to my bed, but then got ill and unsettled, and found her way to my bed.. and never left!

my eldest stayed in my bed till he was 7,,,,,,,,

Nia wouldnt stay in my bed if i wanted her to, she thinks its time to play! Shes only 18 months though but i think its good that she will only really settle in her own cot-bed.

Oh gosh, good luck then for tonight. U can do it. just stay calm and consistent, and hopefully it will go smoothly. Shes done it foe a few nights now, so at least shes got a jist of wats expected.

god i do hope so,,,,,,,,,,, i don't cope too well wen on my own,,,,,,,, everything else i muddle through bt bed time has always been a big prob for me to do

a big star for me

took kaytlyn up to bed and after she went round the room putting toys away,,,,,, she got into bed ,, she was so cute she sed

"look moomy my big girl bed,,,,, my princess fairy bed"

she climbed in and pulled the duvet over her

i sed mommy going to toilet and then into lucas

so that wot i did and just left her ,,,,,,,, she cried and shouted for prob 10 mins then all quiet,,, went upstairs cuz i cud hear banging bt it was lucas after a drink,,, put my ear on her door and nothing,,, didn't want to open door incase i disturbed her,,,,,,,,, will have a peek later

i didn't think i wud be able to do it ,,,,,,,,,,,, i can't cope with excessive crying,,,,,,
back to kristian i suppose ,,,,,,,,,,, this is the gods honest truth how we both survived those early yrs is a miricle

LOL No news as of yet Lis im afraid, and your welcome to phone anytime but when the MIL phones every other day it gets annoying as she knows Jamie will be on the phone to her as soon as anything happens and being as though she had 8 kids she should know how frustrating it is to be asked every other day "still nothing" silly moo.
