I need to loose some weight, so im going to record my weekly weight on a friday evening, so i can see how i'm doing! Feel free to join in Razz

I cant afford anything proper, so im gonna do it via here lol!! Better dig out my scales for 2moro eve!!! I used to go to Rosemary Conelly which i loved as you do a workout aswell but it got too expensive! And hopefully, having every1 knowing what im weighing will encourage me to make it go down lol!

thats why i put a weight loss ticker on my sig bt its not working ,,,,,,, so i've put how much i have lost instead,,,,,,,, bt perhaps i shud put my weight also,,, gd thinking

ARGH i cant find my scales, im sure i didnt chuck them, will have a good look 2moro cos they may be in the garage lol!

Avon have some on sale for £15, down from £40 which also tell you your body mass etc Wink

Good luck Liz,

I have been shocking put on 2 pounds this week and also went to pizza hut on Saturday and ate a whole pack of cookies yesterday. Embarassed

Back on today to try and undo the damage!

bt martin has got to gold this week ,,,,,, 40lb in 18 weeks

so we going to Wing Wahs to celebrate ,,,,,,, so maybe another gain for me nxt week bt never mind,,,,,,,, haven't been there since November and we used to go every week and i can choose healthier options

they're in the sale catalogue so that's always while stocks last and with my customers this campaign they seem to be popular!
